Last week we visited Downside Primary School in Luton, tasked with finding a cycle storage solution that would accommodate 30-40nr bikes whilst keeping a large amount of floor space available. With bike racks and stands are commonly fitted to the ground, our in house design team came up with a brilliant idea of using folding bike racks. These are mounted to the wall and unfolded when required. This design requires very little space, and in the case of Downside School, a fantastic 42nr bikes can now be stored on the walls whilst taking up no floor space whatsoever.
